Key Qualifications
 

  • More than 15 years general working experience in the private sector, in the fields of marketing, communications, finance, sales, public relations, business development,

  • More than 15 years working experience in development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies including market analysis, indicator development and communications activities,

  • More than 7 years experience in organisational capacity development consultancy for chambers, associations, public agencies and non-governmental organisations on governance, membership, marketing, communications, programme and services development, event management, revenue generation, strategic planning,

  • More than 7 years working experience in the provision of business counselling, strategic consultancy and training on market analysis, sales, communications and labour analysis to SMEs , consultancy in companies’ start-ups, establishment of new investments, digital marketing, grant schemes, acquis compliance,

  • More than 5 years working experience in EU financed grant schemes, management of international donor funded projects, development of pilot projects, economic development programmes, regional development programmes, sectoral market research and touristic product development,

  •  Excellent communication skills  and reporting skills, sound experience in the setup of public relations and proven ability to maintain excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders, local chambers, local authorities etc.

  • Fluency in both English and Turkish languages.

  • Good knowledge of the EU Visibility Guidelines, EC PRAG procedures and Project Cycle Management (PCM).
